Warehouse Associate - Packaging & Production

Location: Louisville, KY (Near I-65 & Gene Snyder Freeway)
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
Shifts Available:

Morning Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

TRG Staffing Solutions is currently hiring Warehouse Associates for a leading third-party logistics (3PL) facility specializing in the packaging and distribution of alcoholic beverages for international export markets.

Job Responsibilities:

Work on a production and packaging line handling half-pint and full-pint bottles.
Place bottles into designated sleeves prior to packaging.
Monitor products moving along conveyor systems.
Ensure bottles are properly positioned for automated cellophane wrapping.
Perform quality checks to ensure packaging standards are met.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Follow all workplace safety and operational procedures.

Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
Must successfully pass a Criminal Record Check.
Must successfully complete a pre-employment Drug Test.
Previous warehouse or production experience is considered an asset but is not required.

Safety & PPE:

No personal protective equipment (PPE) required.
Safety glasses will be provided by the employer.
