HVAC InstallersTradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced HVAC Installers for projects located in the Rialto, CA area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $30-36/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are an HVAC Installer and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!Job Scope:Install, assemble, and commission commercial HVAC systems including RTUs, split systems, VRF/VRV systems, ductless units, and ventilation equipment on ground-up and TI projectsRead and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications to accurately lay out and install systems per planFabricate and install ductwork (square/round), hangers, and supportsSet equipmentRun and braze refrigerant linesComplete condensate and drainage systemsPerform low-voltage and line-voltage wiring, including terminations for thermostats, controls, and disconnectsConduct pressure testing, evacuation, and refrigerant charging in accordance with manufacturer specsAssist with startups, system balancing, and troubleshooting to ensure proper airflow and performanceMaintain compliance with OSHA safety standards, local codes, and jobsite requirementsCoordinate with other trades (sheet metal, electrical, plumbing, GC), maintain clean work areas, and complete installs on scheduleRequirements:2+ years commercial HVAC install experience preferredExperience with RTUs, ductwork, brazing, and controls wiringAbility to read blueprints and mechanical plansEPA certification (preferred)Proficient with hand/power toolsCompany Details:Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.Our comprehensive benefits include:Tradesmen+ Rewards Program – earn points for hours workedVacation PayHealth insurance401(k) retirement savings planTradesmen International is an EO employer - M/F/Veteran/DisabilityBe Safe from fraud!
