Job Overview A law firm seeks a Public Finance Associate in Rochester, NY. Support closings and coordinate with underwriters and financial advisors. Prepare closing and post‑closing documents and maintain transaction files. Participate in client meetings and contribute to business development. Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Strong academic credentials. Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across practice areas. Experience in public finance transactions.
