Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on thorough patient evaluations.
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions to assist patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals, with a recommended patient load of one patient per hour.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions to enhance patient mobility and function while focusing on cost-effective treatments.
• Provide education to patients about their conditions and treatment options, including promoting non-surgical alternatives to minimize reliance on medications.
• Motivate patients to adhere to their treatment programs through encouragement and positive reinforcement.
• Keep precise and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress in compliance with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each patient's recovery process.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and adjust care plans as necessary to meet changing patient needs.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.

• Strong skills in utilizing EMR software, preferably WebPT, to manage patient records efficiently.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
