Hightower is seeking a Mergers and Acquisitions Succession Associate in Chicago to support internal M&A and succession planning for affiliated advisors. You will help evaluate transactions, build financial models, and assist through transitions that ensure long-term continuity and growth. Reporting to the Manager of Succession, you will collaborate with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Advisory Services to structure deals, develop timelines, and prepare materials for committees and leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr HighTower Advisors
