PCA/ HHA/ CNA/ GNA/ Med Tech/ Caregiver

ComForCare Home Health Care - Baltimore/Carroll is looking for compassionate and dedicated caregiving professionals to join their growing team in Randallstown, MD! Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
• Administer or assist with medications as permitted by certification level (Med Techs)
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to appropriate staff
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands as needed
• Maintain accurate care documentation and follow individualized care plans

Requirements:

• Current certification or experience as a PCA, HHA, CNA, GNA, Med Tech, or professional Caregiver preferred
• Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Baltimore/Carroll area
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Covid-19 Vaccinated
• Previous home care or long-term care experience is highly valued
