Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on reimbursement processes, claims submission, and payer coding requirements
• Spend up to 50% of time on-site with healthcare providers assessing education needs and facilitating collaboration
• Serve as access and reimbursement expert for field support teams including sales and key account managers
• Proactively identify and address patient access barriers using data and account management strategies
• Maintain current knowledge of national, regional, and local market dynamics including coverage and coding updates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or public administration
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Extensive knowledge of medication access channels and pharmacy/medical benefit structures
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex quantitative and qualitative data
• Proficiency in managed care policies, coverage requirements, and coding processes
• MBA or MPH preferred
