The Sales Manager leads our growing electrical contracting team by driving sales processes, mentoring staff, and fostering a strong team-first culture. Candidates must possess direct experience selling into property management companies, light industrial organizations, or both.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Define KPI Metrics: Establish and track clear sales goals for daily outbound calls, emails, and client meetings.
• Build ICP Framework: Design the Ideal Client Profile framework to align sales efforts with profitable opportunities.
• Map Top Target Lists: Build and maintain actionable target account lists for the sales team to pursue.
• Evaluate Commercial Associations: Review and select strategic industry groups and associations to build local networks.
• Optimize Compensation Plans: Evaluate and structure sales team commission plans to maximize motivation and team success.
• Lead and Mentor: Guide the sales team, build skills, and support daily professional growth.
• Team-First Culture: Put the group's success first and encourage close cooperation across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience (Mandatory): Proven track record of selling directly to property management companies and/or light industrial organizations .
• Leadership: Experience guiding, structuring, and building sales teams.
• Mindset: Strong team-first attitude and a love for teaching others.
• Skills: Highly organized, data-driven, and focused on step-by-step processes.
