Location: Boston, MA Hybrid 
Compensation:  $110K to 140K Base Salary + Outstanding Benefits 

About the Opportunity:

Our client, a prestigious and well-established firm in the Greater Boston area, is seeking a  Senior Commercial Real Estate Paralegal  to join their team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced legal professional to play a key role in complex commercial real estate transactions while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of  commercial real estate closings , including due diligence, title and survey review, document preparation, and closing logistics. There will be some Residential Real Estate closings from different trust entities.

• Draft, review, and organize real estate and corporate legal documents such as purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, and closing binders.

• Handle  corporate paralegal duties , including entity formations, annual filings, corporate governance, and other state and federal submissions.

• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, lenders, and title companies to ensure smooth and timely transaction execution.

• Maintain and manage detailed transaction checklists and timelines to ensure all critical deadlines are met.

• Provide support on business structuring and other corporate matters as needed.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience  handling commercial real estate closings and filings.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex transactions with minimal supervision.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused mindset.

• Paralegal Certificate , JD, or a Senior Paralegal who has passed the bar is a plus.

• Experience with  corporate law and business structuring  is strongly preferred.

Work Schedule:

• 4 days on-site , 1 day remote  per week.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary up to $110,000 - $140,000.
