What Youll Do:
- Welcome and nurture the member experience with friendliness at the core of every member interaction.
- Greet our members in a friendly, engaging and energetic way from the start to finish of your shift.
- Serve our members quickly and professionally to create positive, trustworthy relationships focused on Changing Lives.
- Help our members with membership questions and concerns with compassion and commitment to promote a Raving Fan member experience!
- Team up with our Facilities Department to keep our club looking and operating Grand Opening Ready.
