Shift: Day Shift | 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM



Schedule: Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)



Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week



Pay Rate: $33.48 - $39.06 Per Hour

Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week assignment. The ideal candidate will provide direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, and support residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Monitor, assess, and document resident health status and responses to care.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and ongoing care coordination.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Adhere to infection prevention, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Promote patient comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) License required.
• Current BLS certification preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
