Support the care team and its patients by greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, answering telephone inquiries, collecting payments and maintaining demographic information. Routinely use the electronic health record (EHR) according to ProHealth policies and standard workflows. Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 6:30pm. Rotating Saturdays once per month (which would be 8am - 12pm) Dept: Pediatrics Answer incoming calls and use EHR to document details of patient inquiries Conduct outreach to patients requiring appointments or service follow-up Manage administrative in-basket pools and work queues Scan documents into the EHR per standard protocols Balance payments and prepare deposits Protect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information Put it all together - competitive base pay, a full and comprehensive benefit program, performance rewards, and a management team who demonstrates their commitment to your success. The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $29.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
