Wargame Facilitator - Senior Information Security Analyst

About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Cybersecurity Wargames Facilitator to coordinate cybersecurity wargames initiatives across client and business-focused tabletop exercises, ensuring successful project and program delivery. As a member of the cyber wargaming team, you will coordinate high-visibility projects across technical and non-technical teams to strengthen the firm’s resiliency posture.In this role, you will:Provide information security consultation to improve awareness and compliance with Enterprise Information Security policy, processes and standardsInterpret advanced data aggregation and data of information security risk exposureDevelop and deliver Information Security Education Awareness and Training in accordance with the Enterprise Information Security Program standardsEvaluate and interpret internal and Enterprise Information Security policies, processes and standards, and provide recommendations to incorporate them into scenario developmentCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with internal customers and external customers as neededScenario development, environment setup, and participant schedulingDevelop and deliver pre-exercise briefings and post-exercise debriefsConduct targeted training sessions to maximize participant learning and skill developmentServe as a primary point of contact for wargame participants, internal cybersecurity teams, and other stakeholdersAddress inquiries regarding exercise objectives, logistics, and outcomesCollaborate with internal cybersecurity teams and external expertsDesign realistic, challenging, and relevant wargame scenarios (business-focused tabletop exercises)Base scenarios on current threat intelligence and organizational risksCreate engaging exercise materials, including rulebooks, scenario injects, and technical playbooksRequired Qualifications:4+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education2+ years of experience with graphic design or video editing for creating engaging communication materials2+ years of experience in developing executive-level PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership audiencesDesired Qualifications:Experience in cybersecurity awareness and training, with a focus on client engagementExperience using AI for content developmentKnowledge of adult learning principles and effective training methodologiesFamiliarity with data analysis and reporting toolsSecurity+ or other relevant certifications are a plusExperience with vendor management and client relationship managementStrong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiencesProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with learning management systems (LMS)Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and practicesAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamJob Expectations:This position offers a hybrid work schedule This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipSalary Ranges:$100,000 - $163,000 - Charlotte, NC$100,000 - $163,000 - Chandler, AZ$100,000 - $163,000- Irving, TX$110,000 - $179,000 - Minneapolis, MN$120,000 - $196,000 - Iselin, NJPay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
