Technical Staffing Account Executive -- Metro Detroit Location & Schedule Hybrid role: In-office Tuesday--Thursday, remote Monday & Friday. Territory includes Metro Detroit, with opportunities in Grand Rapids and Toledo. Frequent local client meetings and travel. About the Role Business development-focused sales position within the technical staffing industry. Build new client relationships while managing a small portfolio of existing accounts. Work closely with recruiters to fulfill client hiring needs. What You'll Do Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client meetings. Conduct in-person presentations and site visits. Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers. Manage client accounts throughout the staffing process. Attend client lunches, dinners, and networking events. Qualifications 2 years of B2B sales experience required. Staffing or professional services sales experience preferred. Strong hunter mentality with a passion for new business development. Comfortable with outbound prospecting and face-to-face client meetings. Motivated by performance-based earnings. Bachelor's degree preferred. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: Up to $70,000, depending on experience. Uncapped commission. Hybrid work schedule.
