Our BCBAs are empowered to practice clinically, collaborate with an experienced leadership team, and make meaningful, lasting differences in the lives of the children and families we serve.If you're looking for an organization that values clinical excellence, innovation, collaboration, and professional growth, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoAs a BCBA, you will:Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans that promote meaningful, lasting outcomes.Provide supervision, mentorship, and ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCaBAs.Analyze client data and make timely clinical decisions to ensure progress toward treatment goals.Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families to support skill generalization across environments.Partner with interdisciplinary providers, school teams, and community stakeholders when appropriate.Complete documentation that meets BACB, insurance, Medicaid, and company standards.Participate in peer collaboration, clinical reviews, and professional development opportunities.Uphold the ethical standards established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).QualificationsRequired:Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB.Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the State of Indiana.Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.Passion for mentoring staff and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.Why Us?We believe every individual deserves access to high-quality, compassionate ABA services, regardless of age or the complexity of their needs.We are passionate about partnering with children, adolescents, adults, and families whose behavioral challenges may have limited their access to care elsewhere.
