Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Part-Time

Are you a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) looking for a part-time opportunity where you can make a difference in the lives of patients? Join the team at Bright Now! Dental in Tulare and be part of a dental practice focused on providing exceptional patient care and a positive experience.

As an RDA, you'll work alongside the dentist and dental team to provide quality clinical support while helping patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit.

Schedule (days/hours): Mon./Tue. 7-4:00PM/ Wed. 7:00-3:00 PM. (Thurs./Fridays as needed)

Responsibilities:

• Preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures
• Helping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies
• Improving oral health, solving dental challenges, and bettering smiles every day

Qualifications:

• Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

Compensation: $21-$23/hour
