Position Summary As a licensed therapist, the Counselor will provide counseling services of a preventive, supportive, and developmental nature through direct and indirect consultations with students who are experiencing psychological, social or emotional distress or dysfunction. Practice areas include delivering high-quality evidence-based evaluation and treatment to a diverse student population. Austin Peay State University is a four-year public, doctoral-level university, with six colleges and four Chairs of Excellence.
