Position: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Position Type: Full-Time, Monday - Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch)
Pay Rate: $19.00 / hour

We are seeking motivated, patient, and highly dependable Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join a thriving, fast-paced team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our diverse customer base, handling inquiries with empathy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to high-volume inbound customer inquiries via phone and email in both English and Spanish.
  
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  
• Listen patiently to customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and deliver helpful, accurate solutions.
  
• Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information in the database.
  
• Manage a fast-paced workflow while maintaining a calm, positive, and professional demeanor.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bilingual Fluency: Must be fully fluent in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish.
  
• Customer-First Attitude: Exceptional patience, empathy, and active listening skills.
  
• Thrives Under Pressure: Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a busy, high-volume environment.
  
• Technical Skills: Strong computer proficiency and data entry skills. A standard typing test will be required as part of the application process.
  
• Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality for the 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM shift.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.00 - $19.00 Per Hour
