Minimum Requirements

Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by APTA.
Active Alabama physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Experience working in skilled nursing facility environments preferred.
Documentation of professional credentials, immunizations, and background checks as required by facility policies.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with geriatric populations and post-acute care caseloads.
Familiarity with electronic medical records used in skilled nursing settings.
Prior travel therapy experience preferred.

Assignment Details

Shift hours: 08:00–16:30.
Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
Meal break: 30 minutes.
