Pay range: $64,306-79,740 annually. Job Description Your Piece of the Puzzle: As NFM’s Multimedia Developer II, you’ll bring stories to life through compelling photo and video content across multiple channels. This role blends production and postproduction expertise with the ability to operate as a highly capable one-person production team, supporting both marketing initiatives and internal communications. Responsibilities Manage: photo and video assets from concept to final delivery for a variety of external marketing campaigns and internal projects Create: engaging multimedia content through end-to-end production, including shooting, editing, and postproduction Maintain: a solutions-focused mindset by applying logic and reasoning to troubleshoot challenges and improve workflows Assist: in planning and executing catalog and commercial shoots, both onsite and offsite Collaborate: with cross-functional teams and travel as needed to support shoots and multimedia production efforts Adapt: quickly to shifting priorities while maintaining quality, consistency, and brand standards Qualifications Degree in graphic design, animation, photography, video production, or equivalent years of experience 4-6 years of experience Proficient in photography, videography and editing Ability to enter data quickly and accurately Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite Computer skills and ability to navigate MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) Ability to work nights, weekends and/or early morning hours based on business needs Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and to build and maintain relationships Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary Good technical understanding and ability to pick up new tools quickly Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment Strong project management or organizational skills Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, a criminal background check Benefits Same day pay — access to earned pay on-demand Competitive pay with generous annual increases up to 7% Inclusive culture where everyone who works or shops at NFM should feel right at home Health, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long term disability Paid holidays (upon hire) and paid time off (after 90 days) Staff discount on merchandise Virtual and in-person career development opportunities at all levels Paid community volunteer opportunities Tuition reimbursement 401(k) with company match after one year; Berkshire Stock option available Nebraska Furniture Mart is an Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr Nebraska Furniture Mart
