ABOUT THE AGENCY:
With a Bachelor's Degree from Metro State University and a proud legacy as a second-generation State Farm representative, I bring a lifetime of experience in the insurance industry. As an active member of the Perham Area Chamber of Commerce and a certified Minnesota Notary Public, I’m dedicated to serving our community both professionally and personally. I am also on the Chamber Board and Chair of the Perham Event Committee. At our State Farm agency, we are committed to helping individuals and families manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and achieve their dreams. Our team utilizes extensive knowledge in auto, home, life, and health insurance to ensure that our customers in Perham and the surrounding areas are well-protected and financially secure. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Jake Bothwell - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
