Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CT Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 8 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Position Description The CAT/CT Scan Technologist produces computerized tomographic scanner radiographs of specific areas as ordered by a physician. These cross-sectional images provide detailed information about soft tissues, blood vessels, and bones, which are essential for accurate diagnostics. The CAT/CT Scan Technologist obtains patient history, explains standard procedures, and addresses patient concerns. The CAT/CT Technologist also performs a variety of specialized tasks involved in the performance of CT scans. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent One (1) year of experience as a CAT/CT Technologist preferred. Appropriate valid state licensure in diagnostic imaging A.R.R.T. (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Certification, if required by state regulations or contract specifications Current CPR if applicable TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable Must meet all federal, state and local requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Position Details Modality: CAT Scan Technologist (CT Tech) with Xray Hours per Week: 36 Contract Length: 8 Week(s) Start Date: 09/08/2026 night shift 3 x 12s 8pm to 8:30am Sun, Mon, Tues looking for an XR/CT experienced candidate 2 years or more experience with trauma and stroke experience required Associate's Degree or equivalent required; completion of an approved Radiologic Technology program required. BLS required AART required, Current State/District license required.
