Position Overview

We are hiring a highly practical, fast-moving AI Operations Specialist to serve as a hands-on builder within our operations organization. In this automation-heavy track, you will turn messy, manual business structures into scalable, AI-enabled solutions. Moving beyond high-level theory, you will rapidly design, test, prototype, and deploy autonomous AI agents, data synchronizations, and reusable internal tools using leading no-code/low-code platforms and AI ecosystems. This independent role demands a sharp process mapper who can comfortably link disparate business apps via webhooks and REST APIs while driving AI tool adoption across non-technical departments.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Agent & Skill Development: Build, configure, and maintain autonomous AI agents, custom workflows, and reusable model skills to eliminate repetitive manual overhead across operations and administration.
• Workflow Automation Architecture: Rapidly prototype and orchestrate multi-app automation chains utilizing Claude, Zapier, n8n, Make, and OpenAI spaces.
• System Integration Management: Bridge foundational AI tools seamlessly with existing corporate applications, spreadsheets, and databases using custom APIs, webhooks, and data sync layers .
• Process Mapping & Redesign: Audit unorganized manual processes from the field, deconstruct their logic dependencies, and restructure them into repeatable, automated pipelines.
• Optimization & Fault Triage: Monitor real-time automation streams, evaluate agent output qualities, systematically troubleshoot logic execution failures, and refine prompt configurations.
• Cross-Functional Training: Partner closely with internal business divisions to translate core friction points into automated configurations, training non-technical team members on workflow tool navigation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of verified professional history running AI automation, workflow engineering, business operations systems, or technical implementation projects.
• Deep, hands-on production-grade execution experience utilizing Claude and Zapier platforms to build intricate multi-step workflows.
• Proven capability navigating and stitching data systems across platforms such as OpenAI API, ChatGPT, n8n, Make, Airtable, and Google Workspace .
• Strong, explicit process-mapping literacy with the ability to turn abstract business requirements into stable, working automated systems independently.
• Excellent documentation discipline, with the capacity to write crystal-clear prompt specifications, system instructions, and system logic paths.
• Location Context: 100% remote-first full-time operational framework restricted exclusively to qualified automation professionals permanently situated inside India .
• Interview Prerequisite: Absolute commitment to submit or walk through a live example of an automation sequence or agent skill you personally built, highlighting the problem solved, tool choices, system logic, and total time saved.

• Prior experience building custom Claude Skills, personalized GPT configurations, or advanced agentic architectures.
• Basic backend scripting capabilities using languages like Python or JavaScript to implement lightweight code modules within low-code systems.
