Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit

• Monitor and manage patient care and status shifts within a 12-bed ICU unit
• Utilize equipment such as monitors, CRRT, IV, fluid warmers, and blanket coolers
• Perform procedures such as dialysis line insertions, arterial line insertions, cardioversion, and thoracentesis
• Effectively communicate with staff and providers to prioritize patient experience
• Float as needed to all 3 Wesley Campus locations

Requirements of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit

• Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital ICU experience
• Valid BLS, ACLS & NIH certifications
• Ventilator competency and IV gtt competency
