Schedule: Variable shifts available: Days (7a/9a/11a start), Evenings (11a/1p/3p start), and Nights (7p start). Schedule includes 4 weekend shifts per scheduling period. Staffing flexes based on patient volume and arrival patterns to ensure optimal coverage.

• No floating requirements – you'll stay in the ED where your expertise is valued

Requirements:

• Current Virginia RN license or ability to obtain
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification – required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – required
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) – required
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) – required
• NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale), ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course), and CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certifications preferred
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
• Hardworking, outgoing personality with team-oriented approach
