HR Generalist: Employee Relations, Recruiting & Engagement

LHH

LHH is seeking an HR Generalist to support a dynamic workforce and help drive organizational objectives in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will serve as a resource for employees and managers across employee relations, performance management, leave administration, compliance, and engagement initiatives. Reporting to senior HR leadership, this role partners with supervisors and HR teams to coordinate full-cycle recruiting, administer leave programs, maintain confidential records, and contribute to process #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
