SIOP Leader

As a SIOP Leader here at Honeywell, you will be a pivotal leader in steering the success of our supply chain initiatives. With your extensive, hands‑on experience in supply chain project management, you will lead end‑to‑end projects, meticulously overseeing planning, execution, and monitoring phases to ensure seamless project delivery. You will report directly to our Site Leader, and you’ll work out of our Redmond, WA location on an onsite work schedule. In this role, you will impact the organization by driving the execution of highly intricate projects, strategically aligning them with business objectives and organizational strategies. Your mentorship and expert guidance will empower project managers and cross‑functional teams, elevating the entire project life cycle. Responsibilities Foster a collaborative and high‑performance team culture that aligns with organizational goals. Lead and direct end‑to‑end supply chain projects, ensuring seamless integration of planning, execution, and monitoring phases. Qualifications 2+ years’ experience as a site SIOP leader or a SIOP leader in a product line. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex supply chain projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and effective information exchange. We Value Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong project management and leadership skills, with the capacity to envision and drive the future direction of supply chain initiatives. Ability to influence and drive change in a complex and matrixed organization, ensuring successful adoption and implementation of new strategies. Salary & Benefits Salary Range: $106,700-$133,400. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
