Job Summary

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals for Mechanical Assembler and Machine Operator opportunities in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities may include assembling mechanical components, operating production equipment, inspecting finished products, and supporting daily production goals. Specific duties will vary based on the assigned position and department.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts, components, and mechanical subassemblies according to work instructions, drawings, blueprints, or production specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to fit, align, fasten, and inspect components.
• Operate and monitor production machinery according to established procedures and safety requirements.
• Load and unload materials, position parts, and prepare completed products for the next production stage.
• Assist with machine setup, product changeovers, and basic adjustments as trained and authorized.
• Inspect parts and finished assemblies for defects, proper fit, and compliance with quality standards.
• Identify and report equipment issues, damaged materials, or assembly problems to the supervisor.
• Record production quantities, inspection results, and other required information accurately.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality and safe work practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow company safety procedures, including required personal protective equipment.
• Work with team members and supervisors to support efficient production.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in mechanical assembly, machine operation, manufacturing, or a related production role preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and read basic production documents.
• Blueprint reading and experience using measuring tools are a plus.
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and handle materials as required, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Schedule

Opportunities may be available on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift . Exact hours will depend on the assigned position. Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs.
