CDR ProSource is hiring a CNC Machinist II for a full-time position in Three Rivers, MI. The CNC Machinist II is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce precision-machined parts while maintaining company safety, quality, and customer specifications.

• Full-Time position

• Pay Rate: $27–$32/hr

• Location: Three Rivers, MI

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience

• Experience programming, setting up, and operating CNC mills and lathes

• Experience with tool change-outs, offsets, adjustments, and CNC programming

• Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, and machining specifications

• Strong knowledge of GD&T, orthographic drawings, reference planes, and machining parameters

• Experience troubleshooting machining processes and reprogramming controls when necessary

• Experience working with different types of materials and understanding how they react during machining

• Ability to use basic math, geometry, and trigonometry

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

• Experience with Okuma machinery

• Experience with Mastercam and SolidWorks

• Ability to build fixtures, tooling, and develop machining programs

• Experience with 5-axis or multi-axis machining preferred

• Aerospace machining experience is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
