You will be part of a culture that values trust, accountability, and shared success where your work truly matters.Job SummaryYour CareerYou will join a new and exciting business unit with Palo Alto Networks positioning the industry’s first combined Enterprise Browser and comprehensive SASE security platform, with the industry’s broadest security and compliance coverage for applications used by your hybrid workforce, regardless of whether they are at home, on the go, or in the office.You will work with sales partners to establish relationships with customers with the goal of helping them detect and prevent advanced cyber attacks and breaches by advising them on the immense value of Palo Alto Network’s Enterprise Browser. Our systems engineers have a deep technical understanding of cybersecurity products, integrations, and critical cyber threats facing our potential customer’s environments.We need these technical guides to work with our sales teams, providing training and technical support. You build trust with our clients and teams, establish strong rapport as a trusted advisor, and build an environment where our clients feel (and are) secure. Additionally, you'll be called upon to offer feedback to our product management team on new feature requests and product improvements based on what you learn from your customer base.Your ImpactEstablish yourself as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers working with Sales Specialists and the local partnersIdentify and document specific problems with prospective and current customers which can be solved through the deployment of integrated solutions Architect and propose validated solutions which address the identified problems in each individual environmentDelivering presentations/demonstrations to prospective and current clients, PoC (Proof of Concept), RFP/RFI responseEnsure ongoing customer happiness, support, and adoptionContinuous self-improvement and learning to maintain technical leadership of applicable technologies (data center, SDN, public cloud, security, networking, etc.) Understand and effectively differentiate against our top competitorsAct as the customer advocate for any issues that require technical assistance and follow up with the customer until the issue is resolvedQualifications Your ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent military experience required Willing to travel up to 50%Proven experience in a pre-sales role selling into large enterprise organizationsExtensive experience in selling technical Cyber Security products and ability to engage in high-level technical discussionsStrong analytical skills to evaluate complex multivariate problems and find a systematic approach to gain a quick resolutionStrong communication skills and presentation skills Ambitious attitudeCompensation DisclosureThe compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
