Role Description We’re recruiting commercial real estate advisors across Florida — both experienced brokers and ambitious agents ready to step into commercial. This is a commission-based, independent advisor role: you build your own book of business with the brand, infrastructure, and network of a national platform behind you. Day to day, you’ll source and close sales and acquisitions, negotiate leases and represent tenants, advise investor clients, and grow relationships across your local market. You set your own pace and your own ceiling — we provide the platform to scale.
