Roofing Sales Representative

Location: Lafayette, LA

We’re looking for driven, competitive sales professionals who want to control their income and grow quickly within a roofing company that rewards performance.

This is a pure sales role -no project management, no babysitting jobs-just closing deals and making money.

What You’ll Do

Generate leads through door-to-door and self-sourced opportunities
Inspect roofs and identify storm damage (training provided)
Educate homeowners on the insurance claims process
Close deals and secure signed contracts
Work closely with internal teams who handle the build-so you can stay focused on sales

What We’re Looking For

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willingness to work in the field and canvass neighborhoods
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
