Key Responsibilities\nAs a Remote Mental Health Counselor at Vitality Recovery, you will engage with clients primarily through video counseling sessions. Your responsibilities include:

- Conducting individualized therapy sessions via video chat to facilitate significant improvements in clients’ mental health. \n
- Encouraging open discussions about emotions, experiences, and relationships to develop deeper insights for your clients. \n
- Acting as an advocate for clients by helping them articulate their mental health goals and life objectives. \n
- Assessing client mental health status and collaboratively developing tailored, solution-oriented treatment plans based on your clinical expertise. \n
- Implementing therapeutic techniques that resonate with the diverse client population you will encounter. \n
Your caseload will consist of stable adults with low acuity mental health needs. All clients are thoroughly screened before accessing your services to ensure a productive therapeutic environment. Qualifications\nThe following qualifications are required for this position:

- A valid Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology. \n
- Current licensure as either a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in good standing, with no history of limited or provisional licenses. \n
- Strong interpersonal and empathetic skills essential for building rapport and trust with clients. \n
- A proficiency with technology and a solid understanding of digital communication tools. \n
A minimum of two years of direct experience in mental health counseling is required, showcasing a rich background in providing therapeutic services across diverse populations.
