Schedule/Hours:

• Travel assignment; schedule details provided upon interview

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive evaluations for assigned patients and develop/modify treatment plans based on individual needs and physician input
• Delegate and direct therapy-specific services for assigned patients
• Design functional programs to support reintegration into community activities
• Educate patients, families, and colleagues; actively contribute to a positive learning environment for students
• Demonstrate and uphold best practices for safety, confidentiality, and ethical care
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely medical documentation
• Participate in continuous professional development and organizational performance initiatives
• Adhere to clinic standards for appearance, attendance, and punctuality
• Maintain state licensure and meet all regulatory and continuing education requirements

• Valid and current Physical Therapy license for the state of Colorado
• Previous hospital outpatient experience preferred
