Job Summary Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Benefits Sales Executive to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in driving new business development and managing client relationships within the employee benefits sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a strong understanding of employee benefits, and the ability to build and maintain a substantial book of business.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a strong understanding of employee benefits, and the ability to build and maintain a substantial book of business.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $150,000 - $250,000 (commensurate with experience and book size)
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package (details provided upon request)
- Work Environment: Remote
- Equipment: Provided for remote work
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business in the employee benefits sector.
- Build and maintain a book of business with a minimum revenue of $750,000.
- Cultivate relationships with clients, focusing on industries such as real estate and technology.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
- Travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Life & Health (L&H) license in Georgia.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in employee benefits sales, with a proven ability to generate and manage a substantial book of business.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Location: Must reside in the Atlanta Metro area.
