Position Title : Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers and the internal team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotes, providing order and shipping updates, and answering product-related questions. This person will manage multiple customer email inboxes, follow up on current and previous orders, assist with website pricing updates, and develop a strong understanding of an extensive product catalog.

The ideal candidate is a confident, organized, and tech-savvy customer service professional with B2B e-commerce experience who communicates exceptionally well, enjoys learning technical products, and takes ownership of delivering a strong customer experience.

Salary Range : $27-$29 / hour DOE


Responsibilities

• Review and respond to customer inquiries across multiple email inboxes in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare and process product quotes based on customer needs
• Follow up with customers regarding product availability, order status, shipping updates, and lead times
• Learn an extensive product catalog and confidently answer customer questions
• Reconnect with previous customers to identify additional or recurring product needs
• Assist with basic website pricing and product updates
• Maintain accurate customer and order information across internal systems

Requirements

• 1-3 years of customer service experience within a B2B e-commerce environment involving physical products, distribution, or a similar business model
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write polished, professional customer emails
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems, products, and processes
• Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
• Reliable and consistent with the ability to work onsite five days per week
• U.S. citizenship required
• Bachelor's degree preferred, particularly in science, marketing, or a related field
