▸ 2+ years of management experience in the commercial cleaning industry

▸ Strong background in client relations and negotiations

▸ Technical expertise in floor care and specialty services

▸ Proven ability to influence, coach, and motivate others

▸ Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

▸ Flexibility to work one Saturday per month, at least one evening per month, and additional nights or weekends as business needs require

▸ Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable personal transportation for travel throughout the Dayton region
