Overview A registered nurse in the Department 7A working day shift (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) is responsible for delivering safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care by utilizing the nursing process and organizational training. The nurse must demonstrate clinical competence, critical thinking, and a strong understanding of departmental policies and procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Apply basic nursing skills to meet standards of care and collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team. Participate in specialty units with unit-specific education as needed. Qualifications Open to new RN graduates or RNs in good standing licensed in Arkansas; BSN preferred. Must have Healthcare CPR; some areas may require ACLS, PALS, or NALS training, which is provided. Not currently participating in the Clinical Nurse Advancement Program. Ability to adhere to departmental policies and procedures and demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking. Schedule This role offers a 72-hour bi-weekly work schedule. #J-18808-Ljbffr
