Human Services Specialist

Seeking a Part-Time Human Service Specialist to support the Community Transition Team in Eau Claire. Responsibilities Include Administering urinalysis, breathalyzer, oral fluid, and sweat patch tests Providing services aligned with clients' plans and participating in recovery teams Assisting with medication monitoring (non-prescription tasks) Maintaining accurate documentation and client records Collaborating with clients, teams, and supervisors to determine effective interventions Attending meetings, staff development, and clinical supervision Testifying in legal proceedings if needed Working flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends Performing additional duties as assigned Preferred experience includes one year of related work. Skills required are strong communication, professionalism in crisis, independence, teamwork, and adaptability to community environments and technology systems.
