Caregiver, Lead and Program Supervisor Roles Responsibilities Assists individuals with personal hygiene. Supports individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Helps participants be part of the community and enjoy favorite activities. Supports participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Communication, adaptability, multi‑tasking, teamwork, and time‑management skills. Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behaviors. Valid Driver’s license with at least one full year of valid license, registered vehicle with proof of insurance. Benefits Competitive pay of $15.25/hour with Pay on Demand.
