What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services including ortho, neuro, gait/balance, pain management, surgical pre/post-op, soft tissue mobilization, and therapeutic exercises
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and instrument-guided soft tissue mobilization
• Conduct gait training, neuro re-education, and therapeutic activities to improve patient mobility and function
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress accurately using Cerner charting system
• Contribute to a positive patient experience through compassionate care
• Work approximately 8-10 hour shifts, 36-48 hours per week, with flexibility to work 2/3 major holidays

What You Need

• Valid BLS certification
• Pending or active State License (accepted if pending)
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient therapy experience
• Ability to work weekday daytime shifts

• Experience in ortho, neuro, gait/balance, pain management, surgical rehab, or soft tissue mobilization
