Pay Range: $20-$28 per hour

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and repair HVAC systems
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections
• Troubleshoot system malfunctions and provide effective solutions
• Ensure work is completed safely and in compliance with codes
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Requirements:

• Experience in HVAC service, installation, or maintenance
• EPA Certification required
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of HVAC tools, equipment, and safety procedures
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• NATE certification (a plus)
• Experience with residential and/or light commercial systems
• Familiarity with heat pumps, furnaces, and AC systems

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy equipment (50+ lbs.)
• Work in various environments (indoors, outdoors, attics, crawl spaces)
• Ability to climb ladders and remain on feet for extended periods
