Compensation and Sign-On Bonus: Average Base + Production Compensation Range: $150,000-$200,000 Plus, a Sign-On Bonus of up to $100,000 This position is eligible for production compensation with No Negative Accrual. Production is paid out quarterly. Pay Range Disclaimer: The compensation range represents the low and high end of the range for this position.
