Responsibilities
- Service existing client base
- Supervise team activity and results
- Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems
- Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
- Focus on client management/growth, training, and leadership development
- Prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate
- Function well in a high-paced environment
- Help people and develop relationships
- Be self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Active participation in the community
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Driver's License
- Authorized to work in the US
- Minimum Age 21
- Weekdays
