Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Department position in Louisiana, requiring TNCC certification and at least 1 year of recent ED experience.

Details

• Hospital Emergency Department setting
• Day shift schedule, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active LA or Compact RN license required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, CPI (or accepted equivalent: SAMA, MAB, or ACPMA), and NIH Stroke Scale — all from AHA or ARC, with no expiration within the first 30 days of the assignment start
• Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in the Emergency Department specialty
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration — no Canadian SSNs accepted
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible
• One professional reference required (two required if licensed in Florida or Missouri)
