Administer therapeutic treatments including exercise, manual therapy, modalities (ultrasound, heat/ice, electrical stimulation), and patient education. Educate patients on exercise programs, posture correction, and injury prevention. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to provide comprehensive patient‑centered care. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Document treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with departmental policies and industry standards. Provide excellent patient education to empower individuals in managing their rehabilitation and preventing future injuries. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment, adhering to infection control and safety guidelines. What We’re Looking For Experience: Prior experience in outpatient physical therapy settings is preferred. Licensure: Must hold or be eligible to obtain a valid Physical Therapist license in the state at the time of hire. Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program required. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire. Skills: Ability to communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and team members; strong organizational and time‑management skills. Patient Care: Ability to deliver high‑quality, compassionate care for a wide range of patients, including those with orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions. Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds independently and up to 150 pounds with assistance; frequent standing, walking, bending, and moving patients during treatment sessions.
