* *Compensation: $20-$45/hour based on experience plus service spiffs*

*What You'll Do:*

* Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC and ventilation systems, using root-cause analysis to ensure long-term solutions.
* Perform comprehensive maintenance, including cleaning air handlers and coils, system calibration, and replacing wear-and-tear components (motors, fans, belts, and filters).
* Translate technical findings into clear repair options for homeowners and provide transparent, upfront pricing.
* Evaluate aging or inefficient equipment and educate customers on system replacements and ongoing maintenance memberships.
* professional rapport with homeowners to better understand lifestyle needs and system requirements.
* Maintain consistent communication with Dispatch and Customer Service teams to ensure efficient scheduling and job completion.
* Manage a fully stocked service vehicle and ensure all job sites are kept clean, safe, and organized.
* Complete all invoices, timecards, and service reports accurately and on time via company mobile platforms.

*What You Bring:*

* 2+ years of residential HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.
* EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) preferred.
* High school diploma or GED.
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
* Knowledge of local HVAC codes and safety standards.
* Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

*Physical Demands and Work Environment:*

* Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50-75 lbs.
* Ability to frequent stoop, kneel and crouch to work in tight spaces.
* Ability to climb and work from ladders.
* Must be able to work in both extreme heat and cold, as well as adverse weather conditions.
