Assistant Manager

Join CC's Pawn Superstore as an assistant manager and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy pawn shop in Lake Charles, LA. You will assist in managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the smooth running of the store.

Responsibilities

Assist the store manager in daily operations and team supervision
Provide excellent customer service to all clients, answering questions and assisting with transactions
Manage inventory, including evaluating and pricing items for pawn or sale
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
Support staff training and development initiatives
Handle cash register operations and maintain accurate financial records
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment

Requirements

Previous retail or pawn shop experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Basic math skills and attention to detail
Reliable and responsible with a strong work ethic
Must be 18 years or older and able to pass background checks
