What We're Looking For

• Bilingual English and Spanish is required. Must be comfortable speaking, reading and communicating professionally in both languages.
• Previous experience working in a business office and a customer-facing position, such as administrative support, customer service, reception or office coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel, along with strong computer and organizational skills.
• An outgoing, approachable personality with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people.
• Most importantly, someone who is eager to learn recruiting, comfortable with supporting our sales process and motivated to build a long-term career in the staffing industry.

What You'll Be Doing

• Candidate coordination and recruiting: Review incoming online applications, reconnect with previous applicants, conduct initial prescreening and schedule candidates for interviews.
• Hiring and onboarding: Assist candidates throughout the hiring process, including intake, employment documentation, onboarding and compliance requirements.
• Learn to recruit: Receive hands-on training in interviewing, evaluating skills and experience, matching candidates with job opportunities and making successful placements.
• Candidate and client care: Communicate with applicants, employees and clients, provide updates, resolve questions and help deliver an outstanding experience for everyone we work with.
• Business development and sales: Actively learn and participate in our sales efforts, including outreach, follow-up and learning how to build relationships with new and existing business clients. Mentoring from a TEnured Sales Professional.

What Will Help You Succeed

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, administrative support or another people-focused role.
• Confidence speaking with people on the phone, in person and through email.
• A natural ability to multitask, stay organized, follow through and adapt when priorities change.
