Microsoft Azure AD Identity Engineer (IAM)

Role Overview: Tata Consultancy Services is an IT services, consulting and business solutions organization that delivers real results to global business, ensuring a level of certainty no other firm can match. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical design sessions, workshops, and calls with client teams focused on migrating applications from ForgeRock OpenAM to Microsoft Entra ID.
- Manage technical migration activities, including SSO reconfiguration, federation setups, and API integrations.
- Collaborate closely with clients security, infrastructure, and application development teams to understand existing IAM implementations and target environment requirements.
- Guide clients through best practices around Entra ID, identity federation, and modern authentication protocols.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical challenges that arise during the migration lifecycle.
- Prepare technical documentation, status reports, and migration plans aligned with PwCs quality standards.
- 5 years of professional experience in IAM, particularly working with ForgeRock OpenAM.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including its integration capabilities and migration paths.
- Strong understanding of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and other modern authentication and authorization protocols.
- Proven ability to lead and facilitate technical discussions in a client-facing environment.
- Graduate degree.
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) and automation of IAM workflows.
- Knowledge in Azure DevOps.
